THIRD TOWER CRANE OPERATIONAL AT BETHESDA ROW CONSTRUCTION SITE (PHOTOS)

The third tower crane, which was a mere metallic stump just days ago, is now fully-assembled, and ready to swing into action.

As you can also see in these photos, it appears much of the lowest level of the 900-space public parking garage has been built, and the level above it is quickly coming along. In fact, if you go to the post I've linked to in the previous paragraph, you can actually see lights down there in the first garage level at dusk.

Even an expert on crane signals will be challenged to keep up with this trio.

"Lower the boom, and raise the load!"
