Seriously - no photos of the troubled PerSei at Pike and Rose yet?
Finally, some good news for the businesses on Fairmont and pedestrians in general. The new street will make it easier to connect the garages, businesses and pedestrians.
On the PerSei: It's going to be great place when it's done. There aren't many places where you can live in a new community that offers a modern movie theater, great restaurants, a bowling alley and a live music venue.
No place in Arlington offers all that :)
Silver Spring is already superior to Arlington, and now we'll have the new White Flint that's better as well.
Silver Spring is superior to what part of Arlington? Not Clarendon anyway.
Clarendon doesn't have a music venue anything like the Fillmore. There's no equivalent to AFI Theatre either.
Silver Spring wins in my opinion.
