...and the JBG Companies development's sales office is coming together at the same time, in the former Johnny Rockets space at the nearby corner of Norfolk and St. Elmo Avenues.

Excited to see this building starting to wrap up. I think JBG sold it though? Who is the new owner?
Probably just cause the photo is super grainy but that microwave looks like an old ghetto one. Lol.
The development is a partnership between JBG Companies, Ross Investments and CIM Group
Oh ok. I had heard through the grapevine they were sold and the new owners changed from apartment to condos. So JBG is still a partner/owner?
