Can we use one more bank in the Bethesda-Chevy Chase area? The market suggests we can, as an unidentified bank (or banking-related business) has requested a demolition and construction permit for the
recently-vacated Chico's store at 5418 Wisconsin Avenue in Friendship Heights. It's amazing to me that businesses are allowed to obtain permits from Montgomery County without identifying who is requesting the permit, raising all kinds of questions. How does the County know who they are actually dealing with?

No, the space for that ID is left blank on an increasing number of restaurant and retail applications. Which is illegal.
HAve you thought about running for county council? I feel like if you made the legality of applications your platform, perhaps you’d only lose by 30,000 votes this time.

Have you inquired with anyone of authority working for the County why it is that the field is left blank, apparently contrary to regulations?

Dyer has zero chance of ever winning an election. He couldn’t even become a teacher...had to settle for a teachers assistant.
What was the "dirty trick"? Dyer and his shills have never posted the actual text of the memo, or cited any law it actually violated.

Are you sure that the forms were submitted with that field blank, or that they entry was redacted before you got to see it?
Mr. Dyer, which permit for this address are you looking at for which the applicant's ID is left blank?

5:02: Interesting -- I'm not seeing any Applicant ID field (blank or otherwise) on the Commercial Fast Track or the Commercial Building applications?
